Voters Buddy SVEEP

botInaugurated a WhatsApp based Chatbot to assist voters of Hanumakonda district in the upcoming elections on 13th may.
Here’s what the Chatbot has to say
1. For PWD voters especially deaf and mute voters, there is an inbuilt video call facility directly to our district control room. Through this they can talk to a sign language interpreter and register their grievance, seek help in finding their EPIC ID, polling booth and also solve general queries related to their vote.
2. You can simply find the Google map location of your Polling booth by entering your EPIC number. It will show you the exact location of your polling booth and you can head directly to your polling booth.
3. It also connects you to our district level control room where you can call and register your grievances
4. Another feature button to show the 12 valid ID cards that one can carry on the day of poll to the booth will be attached soon to the chatbot
5. Now that you’ve casted your vote, we will also enable you to take a fantastic selfie with our pre prepared templates which you can share to all as a proud voter !
